Just want to let people now that if they tried to download the address book after they have upgrade to Microsoft Windows 10 and get an error message that says "This setup requires .NET Framework version 2.0. Please install the .NET Framework and run this setup again.This .NET Framework can be obtained from the Web. Would you like to do this?", they need to turn on .Net Framework 3.5(includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) the control panel.
